If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsskatedirect.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes & returns on snowboards aren't free.
How can I return a product
- Visit our Returns Center
- Find your orders using your billing email and billing zip/postal code
- Select "Start a Return" next to the order which has the items you would like to return
- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Review your return request and make sure the info is correct
- Click "Create" to print your form & label
- Drop the box with the free pre-paid shipping label off at your nearest UPS location. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

We don't currently accept exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item within the 60 day window, and placing a new order.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your card will be credited within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.* Returns from Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico & USVI aren't free. Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice, or sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
